• NGO Information: Organization name, registration documents (Trust Deed, MoA, Section 8 license), 12A/80G/CSR-1 certificates, bank details, audited financials, authorized contact details, and project progress data (invoices, geotagged photos).
• Corporate Information: Entity name, Corporate Identification Number (CIN), CSR committee contact details, funding criteria, and disbursement records.
• General Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device information, and usage analytics collected automatically via cookies to improve site performance.

We use the collected information solely to deliver and improve our services:

• To conduct due diligence and verify the legal status of participating NGOs and Corporates.
• To enable project tracking, milestone verification, and dashboard updates.
• To facilitate direct, transparent communication between matched NGO and Corporate partners.
• To comply with legal requirements, statutory CSR reporting, and internal risk audits.
• To send operational updates, compliance alerts, and platform notifications.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or organizational data to third parties. Information is shared strictly under the following circumstances:

• Between Matched Partners: Project details, invoices, and geotagged progress photos uploaded by NGOs are shared with designated Corporate partners funding the project.
• Service Providers: Trusted third-party vendors who assist in website hosting, cloud storage, or verification services under strict confidentiality agreements.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, regulation, court order, or government authority (such as the Ministry of Corporate Affairs or Income Tax Department).

We implement industry-standard physical, electronic, and managerial security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to project records, invoices, and financial data is restricted solely to authorized personnel and designated project stakeholders.

We retain your information for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you services, fulfill project tracking commitments, and meet statutory accounting and legal retention obligations under Indian law.

You have the right to:

• Access, update, or correct your organization’s profile and contact details via your dashboard.
• Request the deletion of your account, subject to the retention of records required for ongoing CSR projects or legal compliance.
• Opt out of non-essential promotional communications at any time.
